Bright Spark Villa AE
Bright Spark Villa is a small-medium sized player house mod located near Riverwood, lore friendly and cottagecore style with 4K textures. The outside has plenty of foliage, a backyard and a cute bridge to connect to the other side of the river, the inside has plenty of chest and a lot of plaques-pedestals to hang your unique rewards and miscellaneous items that you encounter in your adventure, feel free to complete all the pedestals scatered across the villa so your house can shine even more!

Complementary mods - requirements
You will need skyrim CC Saints & Seducers(who doesn't have AE in 2024?). Edit: CC free version in the update tab- You will probably want to combine it with Blubbos Riverwood to get more "immersion" (I have already included a patch in the download section)
- It will use your meshes and textures for vanilla items, so I strongly suggest that you get various mods that edit your clutter
- You will need a clean save, otherwise the cultivation plots will not work (I didn't find any solution or workaround yet)
COMPATIBILITY
It should be compatible with most mods but anything that touches that certain area in Riverwood will need a patch, that being said, I didn't encounter anything weird in my mod list of 950 mods and 1300 ESPs so you can let me know if my mod needs a patch for a specific mod and if I have time I will make the patch.
