Dragonborn followers appear at Weynon Stones after Dragon Rising is completed. This patch changes it to happen after Way of the Voice is completed.
Needed with Skyrim Unbound (Dragonborn and non-dragonborn). May be needed with other alternate start mods if they allow you to complete Dragon Rising without becoming a dragonborn.
Does not work if you install this after the followers have already appeared.
