Replace your standard Skyrim icon with an alternative!
[Installation]
Download the file, extract the .ico file to your desktop or any location you want it.
Right click Skyrim launcher, click properties, click Change icon, click on the browse button,
search for the .ico file you just downloaded, select it press ok and apply
