MCA was a whole lot of steps in the right direction.  This seeks to take the bar and raise more levels

 in a nutshell - alters various npc combat styles to be slightly more, um, unpleasant, and some greatly unpleasant
and some, well,  you will probably just fight one and uninstall it.  

by default most everything in tamriel has always been flagged dueling.  this is why just about anything under
the sun will stupidly and without error stand in front of you with a sign reading 'shoot me' stapled to their forehead.  
worse, sometimes npcs will wait their turn in order to have combat honor in the fight and keep the fight fair.
fuck that.  wise man in funny hats taught all is fair in love and war - geneva convention non withstanding

besides increasing already increased MCA stats, almost all ranged are now flagged flanking.  this will greatly alter how you approach
 some circumstances, especially in open areas. many combat styles had absolutely zero defense, this has also been adapted. 
additionally, some npcs will now actively kite you, especially ice mages.

compatibility.  quick testing says it doesn't get along with ai overhaul.  still evaluating though

caveat #1
keep in mind that most of the following mods were already difficult

if the tactics file isnt use, this hits every npc in the entire RnR collection

greybeards - seriously, dont, they will nope you off the mountain

again, in all seriousness you will likely find one dragon and nope out

advanced ai and angry apex adversaries
same as version XX-M1, but, like.  um.  yea. uh.
unless you have like an abrams tank, some tomahawk missiles and an entire platoon of follwers, dont.
even then.  my septims are on the greybeards

caveat #2
keep in mind that MCA is way more stat heavy than vanilla
DefaultCombatCtyle and csDragon  from MCA are not touched in Sumca
(though there is a csdragon file available)

melees become a bit more stronger (some melees will now flank)
mage and missiles are generally stronger stat wise and will now flank by default

(un)installion - because this only modifies combat styles it is safe to remove or add in mid game.
