Just two DISTR_ini (named and generic) files for SPID.
There is a 10% chance for melee Redguard bandits to be wearing the armor (5% no helmet and 5% with helmet)
Rayya (the Falkreath housecarl) and Haldyn (Rise in the East quest) will also be wearing this armor without the helmet.
