I worked on this while using Cabbage ENB 1.1, it will look with Cabbage 1.2+ almost same. But keep it in mind.
Screenshot are taken after Upscaling from 720p. Reshade used after Upscaling.
Installation
1. Download ReShade, any version will work;
2. Extract my preset anywhere you want, Skyrim folder will do;
3. Install ReShade and choose my Preset during installation;
4. Open Reshade Menu in-game and disable "extra" effects from picture bellow;
5. Ensure option "Render Reshade Effects before Upscaling" enabled in Upscaler menu (if you use Upscaler);
6. (OPTIONAL) Open ENB Menu, in "FX Shaders" menu open "LUTs", set all Lut's Weight to 1, and choose "Seasons - Winters" (choosen by default), for vibrant look.

Extra
Couple extra interesting effects for screenshot purpose can be enabled in ReShade menu.
Personally i prefer to play with film grain enabled.
