Adds a new unique enchanted disenchantable item to the game

DESCRIPTION
Adds a new pair of iron boots to the game that can be found in the Sleeping Giant Inn's cellar in Riverwood.
You can disenchant them and you will get the Fortify Agility Enchantment.
The enchantment will give you movement speed and you can enchant any piece of gear that would allow a light armor enchantment like necklaces, rings, bracers, etc.
INSTALLATION
Use NMM or drag the esp into your data folder. Dont forget to activate it.
