Standalone COtR replacer for Cicero. ESL flagged.
This is the most fun I've had making a replacer so far! 🎭 My goal was to amp up the androgyny, while keeping the unhinged factor there.
COtR requires a patch for your desired skin (the main COtR mod come with some patches, but you'll have to check). This Cicero will work fine with SAM Light, but some other skin patches can be found here and here.
Just overwrite the skin texture+diffuse+normals in the mod folder [textures/savvyCicero/head] with the ones from your patch. Make sure you're replacing the head texture with one made for COtR.
