Fixes mod manager missing font error

The font configuration file for Scribes of Skyrim includes what appears to be intended as an example/sample/tutorial line that attempts to import a font called "mycustomfont," which does not actually exist. This presents a persistent mod manager error.
To solve this, this mod replaces that font config file with one identical except the offending line is commented out. Feel free to edit fontconfig.txt yourself. It's Line 126. Or just install this and ensure it's loaded after Scribes of Skyrim and any other mod that includes a version of fontconfig.txt.
Note this is a revised version of specifically the ENGLISH font config file. If you're using the Russian one instead, this will just break your fonts.
