A helmet crafted by Billyro on my request, inspired by the Turkish Cicak, Tolga (Turban Helmet) and Kulah Khud, it can be found on a corpse at Dragontooth Crater after completing Dragon Rising.
The enchanted helmet found in Dragontooth Crater increases One Handed, Block, Archery damage and has Fire Resistance.
The crafted versions Have several versions from A to F and comes in the colors Purple, Blue and Red. These can be crafted and tempered after having reached Advanced Armors in the Smithing skill tree, it has the same requirements as Nord Plate Armor and counts as Heavy Armor.
Argonians and Khajiit sadly cannot wear this helmet, sorry.
