A lightweight overhaul of all the vanilla and Dragonborn player homes

Just in case you're wondering, this is an evolution of my mod Simple Player Home Improvements. I wanted to add a number of tweaks and variations while at the same time keeping the older, simpler version available, and I had come to a point where it just made more sense to treat it as a separate mod. But, enough talking about my modding process, and let's see what this one does.

Vanilla Player Homes Revamped aims at improving - and sometimes slightly expanding - the original abodes while keeping close to their original style.
All upgrade markers have been preserved, so you'll have to buy your furniture like in vanilla. In a similar spirit, no clutter has been glued to the furniture - so it's not fus-ro-dah-proof, but at least you won't find yourself wantonly grabbing at a piece of bread, just to discover it was an unmovable ornament.

On the other hand, Hearthfire ovens and butter churns have been integrated in all houses and a few other crafting stations have been added (although sparingly - not all homes are meant to have everything, and IMHO a tiny city abode shouldn't really come with a blast furnace in its basement); most importantly, buying any of the kids' room won't make you entirely lose your previous facilities: I never could fathom why you'd toss away a perfectly functional alchemy or enchanting bench when you could stick it in a corner and keep practicing your craft, although not as comfortably.

All homes have now some kind of accommodations for followers (sometimes proper guest rooms, sometimes just a makeshift bed depending on the space available), as well as a small bathing area, now finally in the same cell as the home (again, the level of fanciness may vary, hopefully to match that of the location).

As for more specific changes:

Breezehome

- All beds have been changed from Common to Upperclass - still rather simple, but it doesn't involve hay
- When you buy the children's bed, the Alchemy bench is moved upstairs
- Oven, butter churn and mead barrel from Hearthfire have been added to the kitchen
- An entirely new floor has been added, consisting of a guest room, a bath, and a crafting area with an enchanting bench (as well as a stray sharpening wheel)
- Additional cot in the attic, just in case you have multiple followers

Honeyside

- Oven and Butter Churn from Hearthfire
- With Honey and Black-Briar Mead
- Iona has now a nicer bed
- New room for a follower (you get the furniture together with your own)
- New bathing area downstairs
- When you buy the Children's Bedroom, the Enchanter is relocated under the stairs
- Ingredients have been relocated from shelves to a cabinet near the alchemy station
- Some additional container, including a safe in your bedroom
- A sharpening wheel for your regular blade maintenance
- There is now a door between the kitchen and the main bedroom

Hjerim

- Oven and butter churn added to the kitchen
- Better bed for the housecarl
- A follower bed has been added to the armory (it's bought together with the main bedroom)
- A few more carpets and pelt to make the place a bit warmer
- Some storage sack added to the lab (I didn't edit the vanilla shelves since that room is, well, unique)
- Bathroom at ground floor
- Bedrooms now have doors (I have no idea why it wasn't a thing in the first place?)

Proudspire Manor
- Added HF oven, butter churn and mead barrel
- Nicer bed for Jordis
- Two extra rooms for followers (one in the basement, one at ground floor; you get them when you buy the bedroom)
- Alchemy and Enchanting facilities are now in the same area and have some additional storage. You still have to buy them separately
- Some basic smithing equipment that you get when you buy the Enchanting furniture (only some of the smithing stations - it's a small DIY corner in a patrician home, not the Skyforge)
- Larger table in the kitchen
- Four beds for children - it requires HF Multiple Adoptions in order to work (although you do not need to cast Bless Home). The beds are spaced enough to allow all 4 kids to use the beds (sometimes they misbehave, just give them some time)
- Bath in the basement

Vlindrel Hall
- Added oven and butter churn
- Cooking pot moved from the bedroom area to the dining room/kitchen where it belongs
- Better beds for housecarl and kids
- Enchanting lab has been moved to a different corner to have space for a proper bathroom
- Small cot for a guest (I couldn't fit a new room anywhere, but at least your follower won't sleep on the floor)
- When you buy the kids' bedroom, the alchemy lab is relocated in the bathroom (well, there was some underutilised space there, so...)
- Doors added to the bedrooms

Severin Manor
- Added oven and butter churn
- A few extra chairs
- Removed most of the hay and wood piles in the entrance - it's a noble family's home, not a stable!
- Some additional storage in the Enchanting corner
- Guest room now has space for two (if you don't like how it's divided you can disable the new wall and door, navmesh somehow fits both options)
- Shrines to the Reclamations have been added to a shelf in the main bedroom
- Bathing room
- Some nordic lamps have been replaced with Dunmer ones

F.A.Q.

Q -  Are new meshes/textures/other assets included?
A - Other than a more transparent water mesh, no new assets have been added; if the pictures look anything but vanilla, it's because my game includes a number of retextures and whatnot (some that stand out are probably Ignoble Beds, Dovahnique's Diverse Dark Elf Lanterns, Rally's Solstheim, not to mention the Mystic Condenser, for which I have included a patch)

Q -  Why haven't you added multiple children beds to all the houses, instead of just Proudspire Manor?
A - Space. Other houses are either too small, or too cramped with Blood On Ice markers to work comfortably on something finnicky as multiple adoptions bed; I wanted to make sure the beds got in fact used by the kids, which is not as obvious as it may seem

Q - Why do you hate Markarth?
A - I don't hate Markarth, it's just that dealing with its building tiles in CK makes me see cannibalism as a minor evil. But seriously, I might see if I can do anything better with Vlidrel Hall, I can't promise anything, though.
