Just bringing back the restoration loop with drawbacks and disadvantages. Download at your own risk. I even used this personally before uploading it in my Legendary difficulty play. Even a fricking wolf could kill me in just a few bites. Even the squishiest NPC would survive more than 5 bites.

This patch is made for bringing back the restoration loop with restrictions.

Reaching past 300% in Restoration Power means all effects of Potions & Poisons and the Enchantment Fortify Alchemy will be reduced by scale down to 0 when reaching past 1200% for Restoration and from 500% to 2000% for both Alchemy and Enchanting with a reduction of 25% upon reaching those numbers (300% and 500%).

Now includes a Hardcore Mode for those who want extreme limitations. And that is by lowering the activation of the restrictions: 200% for Restoration, and 300% for both Alchemy and Enchanting. And also lowering the Maximum Output to 400% for Restoration and 600% for Alchemy and Enchanting which also means that the effects are immediately halved and goes to 0 much faster.

[v1.0.0] - The restriction is that Alchemy or Enchanting reaching 500% or above, the effectiveness of your next enchantments or potions you want to make, they will be half as effective. Meaning, despite the fact that you have 500% Fortify Alchemy Enchantment or Fortify Enchanting potion, your potions or your enchantments will only benefit half the effect of the said potion or enchantments. The same goes for Restoration.

Don't worry, though. I made sure that Restoration enchantments can now increase restoration power.

However, there's a drawback from doing so. Reaching 300%+ increase in Restoration Magnitude means that you'll start receiving more damage from both physical attacks and magic spells. I recommend you keeping an eye on your enchantment.

This mod is not made for ultimately taking advantage of Restoration loop, but to give challenge to your management skills to make sure you plan ahead instead of drinking a potion of fortify restoration for your other mods that increases magnitude via restoration. It'll teach you to not mess too much with the very light that Meridia governs over.

Oh and yeah, I've placed the effects on the backbone perk. Should you try to remove this via console, it also means that anything that increases the values of your equipment or the Actor Value, including tempering, enchanting, alchemy, archery conjuration, etcetera won't to take effect. 😈😈😈😈

You can have this with or without the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, however, you still need the following:

Another note: The only good thing from here is that the draw speed of bows is faster than USSEP.
It's a good thing that The Unofficial Patch Project Team allows it to be reused for pathing purposes, however, they will not have any responsibilities if they created more bug than fixed anything.
Well, all I did was to bring back Restoration Loop with a drawback to keep people in line and not spam it. Especially since I made sure no goes further than intended.

Edit: I just realized you can donate to charity via the Opt-In system. And now this patch has donations to all charities.
