Using the power of description framework mod, all soul gems now can have description! The description tells us what kind of creature souls that fit the gems.
Soul gems from some mods are also covered. Mods covered so far:
Installation:
1. Install Description Framework mod at least v.2.0 with mod manager
2. Install this mod
