Author notes
Usage of these meshes requires the OK from GG (the Lux man) since he split them etc and Kojak747 since they are part of his mod. Check their permissions if you intend to do something with these assets.
If you just want the texture for the Owl's Perch Inn sign, I made that quick and dirty and you can do whatever you want with it.

This mod edits the exterior and interior meshes to use your default whiterun textures instead of the standalone textures used in the mod Whiterun Outskirts Market, specifically the Owl's Perch inn. Now it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb anymore and fits into the environment more.
Additionally, it now uses split meshes from Lux, so that the lighting does not flicker anymore. Thanks to GG for giving me permission to use his meshes!
I also made a quick nice little custom sign for the inn, giving it a worn hand-drawn impression.
Image previews show this mod using Illustrious Whiterun. I briefly tested it with Riton Whiterun as well, to make sure it looks coherent. It does not matter what textures you use, it uses vanilla texture paths.
