Adds the novice level sun spell Solar Flare to your game.

The Dawnguard DLC added Sun Fire, an apprentice level sun spell and Vampire's Bane, an adept level sun spell. I wanted to add a novice level sun spell to my game, but every "sun spell pack" out there didn't deliver the spell I had in mind. So I created my own.
Similar to Flames, Frostbite and Sparks, Solar Flare delivers a steady stream of solar flame to the undead. Associated with the School of Restoration, it's a good way to level up your restoration skill. With one hand, you can set draugr on fire with Solar Flare and with the other hand you can be healing any damage you receive with Healing.
You'll find the Spell Tome: Solar Flare in the small cart with the Alto Wine and coin purse near the Bear when you are escaping Helgen. This way, the spell will be available early on. The Spell Tome does not have the Restoration cover on it. Instead, it has the cover used with the books from the Ancient Falmer, featuring the sun of Auriel.
