The Dragonborn DLC added a dremora merchant. In my opinion, the vanilla one is very limited in utility, considering it's an immortal demonic entity from a different plane. There is a large number of overhauls that edit this NPC, often by editing the base record. This frequently results in the need for patching the record, as some fixes affect the boot usage, others the crime reporting, others the combat style, others the race properties, others the head parts, ......
I hate having to do a manual record crawl after installing an overhaul to check all the things that should get patched

So, using the power of SkyPatcher, this configuration file overhauls the VendorFaction's container, by adding stuff to it, allowing the merchant to use the items for trading. The file contains a lot of stuff, likely more than all will want, and is provided as a super-set, annotated so you can edit the lines that don't fit your playstyle or desired gameplay. Some people would prefer the merchant sell "base things", like ores, because it's the primordial nature of Oblivion. Other might prefer only "premium" things, like refined ingots, because that's where the best markup is. It's your game, so make it your own 🦾

* For the magic additions, I sample from the 5 leveled lists for skill levels, Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert, and Master. This means you will see Master level tomes & scrolls from time to time. This is an intended by-pass to the College's quest-locking those spells behind their ritual quests. If you disagree, comment-out the relevant line under Spell Tomes & Scrolls | Master
