Version 1.0.1
Fixed issue when assciated download is missing
Problem: Sometime authors miss to update the version in the fomod, and if you install that fomod using MO2, you will get an "update available" symbol immediately, even if you have installed the latest version.
To solve this problem I came up with a very simple solution: When you download the mod using MO2, it will also fetches the metadata of that file, including the file version from Nexus. So instead of picking the mod version from the fomod, this plugin will pick the version from downloaded file metadata.
Will it solve all problems? Not really, still if the downloaded file has a lower version than the latest version mentioned in Nexus, you will still get the "update available" icon, and there is nothing more can be done without breaking the MO2 mod update system.
Mods installed after installing this plugin will automatically get the version from download metadata, to fix the version for existing mods use Tools > Tool Plugins > Version Fixer. ** For it to work for existing mods, you must have the downloads, if those has been cleared for installed mods then fixing version for existing mods will not work.
Extract the file in MO2's plugin directory and restart MO2.
