- Dragons Awaken prevents dragons from respawning by placing them in NoResetZone, which has a minimum level of 1. All dragons in Skyrim except the first one will use a new NoResetZone with a minimum level of 20.
- Since Arena makes Solstheim encounter zones 5 levels higher than normal, dragons there will use a new NoResetZone with a minimum level of 25.
- Simon forgot to reduce the level of Saering's Watch from (25 + 5) to (20 + 5) in the last update. This has been fixed so that the dragon and draugr will have the same minimum level. Why can't I do nested bullet points like in Microsoft Word?
- The two dragons in the Forgotten Vale will use a new NoResetZone with a minimum level of 30.
- This patch has to load after the other ones, which is why there are two versions: one that includes changes from Atlas Map Markers, for those using the Duplicate Map Marker Remover, and one that doesn't, for those who aren't.
- The four dragons that Alduin resurrects will now use Dragons Awakens' DragonBoss leveled list. Since Dragons Awaken adds a dragon that attacks Kynesgrove from the south (it's enabled after you learn Ro), Sahloknir has been added to DragonNoResetZone so he won't be the weaker of the two dragons you have to fight for that quest.
- Shearpoint is now classified as a dragon priest lair so that Krosis won't be weaker than all of the other named dragon priests if using mods that make them scale with player level. Dragon-related radiant quests will no longer send you here. Instead, Tolfdir has a chance to send you here for the master Alteration quest.
Cutting Room Floor patch: Combines both mods' changes to the Frost River Farm location.
Duplicate Map Marker Removal:
- Galgana made a patch for Delphine's Map Reveals Dragon Mounds that "redirects map marker references learned through Delphine's Map to use Atlas Map Markers SE." Since that patch has open permissions, I expanded it to also disable the map markers from Dragons Awaken, including the ones on Solstheim.
- An alternative version is available for those who don't use Atlas Map Markers. It disables the fifteen map markers from DMRDM that Dragons Awaken has an equivalent for, and renames the other seven for consistency.
AMM version: Renamed Odahviing's Dragon Mound to Lost Tongue Pass Dragon Mound and Autumnshade Woods Dragon Mound to Odahviing's Dragon Mound, according to the UESP page on dragon mounds.Fixed as of AMM version 3.0.0
Deadly Dragon Lair Locations AIO patch (requires USSEP):
- Combines both mods' changes to two of the vanilla dragon refs. There are two versions of this patch: Arena and No Arena.
- While reading the USSEP changelog, I learned that there's a dragon that's scripted to ambush you if you re-exit Bleak Falls Barrow after completing Dragon Rising. To compensate for the dragon mound DDLAIO adds to Ancient's Ascent, I've given this dragon a name* and moved the trigger to ground level. This is much more accessible than the cave exit (and AMM adds a map marker here for fast travel), but there's still the problem that since you've already discovered this location before Dragon Rising, there's no roleplay reason your character would return here.
- Helgen Reborn patch (requires one of the DDLAIO patches): moves the trigger for the Bleak Falls dragon to the nearby exit of that one really long dungeon so that you're guaranteed to have this encounter.
*I had to make a duplicate of the vanilla leveled list just for him because dragons injected by Diverse Dragons Collections' scripts would still use their species name. None of the mound/lair dragons have this problem.
WARNING: Depending on how far along you are in the main quest, the radiant quests "Bounty: Dragon," "Dragon Hunters," and "Dragon Seeking" may send you to a dragon lair without a dragon. This shouldn't be an issue for the first two quests, since you can just save them for later, but the last one prevents you from dismissing Farkas/Vilkas until it's completed. This is a problem with the main Dragons Awaken mod, not any of my patches. At Your Own Pace will make it easier to avoid accepting "Dragon Seeking" until you've started "Elder Knowledge."
