This is a simple ReShade preset meant to be a facelift for whatever weather mod you use, best used with Community Shaders and Vanilla HDR
Personally I used Obsidian Weathers and Seasons along with the the Amethyst Kreate preset for weathers and Skyrim is Luminous for interiors in the screenshots.
