My favorite landscape texture pack is Atlantean Landscapes and I have been using it for a while now. When I changed my mountain textures to Vanaheimr Mountains I found transitions between rocks and ground to be not optimal. You can take a look at the images of this mod to see how it looks like without my patch. It took me a bit to come up with a good setup, which I would like to share.
Installation: Make sure you get the requirements. Install like any other mod. What is important is too make sure the order of the mods (left side in MO2) is correct:
Terrain Blending Fix
Atlantean Landscape
Vanaheimr - Mountains
Vanaheimr - Dirt and Rocks
Vanaheimr - Dirt - Terrain Parallax Fix

Technically I have merged the ground textures. Rocks from Vanaheimr are now strewn across an Atlantean ground texture.
