About this mod
This mod changes the appearance of all named women in the game, and some none generic ones too. 294 NPCs in total. No requirements. They use your body, and skin textures. ESL flagged, so it won't count towards your plugin limit. Would work well as an all in one option, or as a base to add to with other mods. Khajiit, and Argonians not included.

The images start with prominent NPCs to give you a varied sample without you having to look through all 295 pictures. After that, they are divided by race, and are in alphabetical order within each race. They are in the following order. Vamps, Nords, Imperials, Bretons, Redguards, Orcs, Wood Elves, High Elves, Dark Elves, and Elders.
I've just started to play Skyrim again for the first time after completing this mod, and will be replacing the images with new pictures of the NPCs as I come across them in game. It will be a slow process. I'm using a different ENB to the one shown in the originals.
Fixed wrong texture path for Katla's eyebrows.
Edited Gilfre
Replaced Serana, Delphine, Viola, Rayya, Aela, and Carlotta.
The pictures of the new NPCs aren't great, and will be replaced in the future.
It is safe to update mid game, but you must also replace any of my patches you use with the updated versions. The version number for the main mod, and the patches need to match. Current version 2.
I can only describe how I see this mod, and what I attempted to do with it. The women are beautified to varying degrees, but I wouldn't describe any as glam. I've also tried to add some character to each one, and give them a look to match their personality.
What I can say for sure is that I've put a lot of time, and effort into it, and at the risk of sounding cheesy, love. The look of every NPC was important to me, even if they die within a minute of meeting them, and I tried to ensure each face looks good, and consistent from all angles.
Lore Friendliness - Opinions will no doubt vary, but I would say there's at least lore friendly aspects to the mod, and I have been somewhat faithful to most NPCs original look.
Hair - Every woman has a new hairstyle taken from four major hair mods. Almost all are unique, but a few elves, and orcs do have the same style used by a human. I used hair colours added by the mod USMP, but also created my own for more variety. I've avoided hairs I consider not to be lore friendly, but again opinions will vary.
I think it's important to remember the hair doesn't move in Skyrim, so how it looks is more of a snap shot, and not necessarily in a state styled by that NPC. For example my Threki, who's a prisoner, in my mind, has very thick hair to begin with, which hasn't been washed for some time, and she's pushed it up, away from her face, and it's partly held in place by its thickness, and by grime.
Makeup - I've used makeup as makeup sparingly, but did use it for shading to add depth. I also made a lot of use of overlays, for shading, and highlights, but also blemishes. For the most part it should be subtle.
The Races
I've tried to add more consistency amongst the races. Some custom skin tones were used.
Nords - Plenty of blondes, and the lightest skin tones on average.
Bretons - Plenty of redheads, and the second lightest skin tones on average. Whereas the Nords are mainly skin tones 1-2, Bretons are mainly 2-3.
Imperials - My base Imperial look is Mediterranean/South American, but they have the most diverse skin tones out of the Races due to the nature of the Empire, ranging from light to dark.
Redguards - Out of the humans they have the darkest hair colours, and skin tones, but still varied. Thicker hair on average.
Orcs and Elves - Beautified whilst staying true to their racial features. Thicker hair is used for some Orcs, and Dunmer.
Vamps - In my opinion, the vampire head mesh introduced by Dawnguard is poorly implemented, and inconsistent with who it affects. None of my Vamps use that mesh.
I think vampire eyes don't always fit in to the game with how obvious they are. What I've done is give them some of the stranger human eye choices from the Eyes of Beauty mod. This way they still look off in appearance compared to the usual human colours, but not so obvious.
All the vampires have fangs.
There really isn't any requirements for this mod, but, if you want them to look exactly the same in your game then you would need to use Bijin Skin. Feel free to try other skins textures, but there will be differences. Below are the mods I'd recommend installing, in the order they should be installed.
Botox for Skyrim - I would install a mod like Botox to improve the faces of generic NPCs such as bandits, not touched by my mod.
BnP - Female Skin - This includes some fantastic textures for the aged complexions and a few other things, not touched by Bijin.
Bijin Skin - My choice for the main skin texture.
BnP - Teeth Overhaul - Great textures for the mouth.
FA ORCODONTIST - Orsimer Mouth and Teeth Fix - Improves the orc mouths. I think the changes it makes will show in my NPCs even without this mod, but if not, then you need this mod.
These types of mods edit the main records of the NPCs it touches, and will therefore conflict with any other mods which also edit those records, and they will need to be patched.
For example a mod like AI Overhaul touches most NPC records. If you loaded it before my mod, then the female NPCs would show my edits, and look as intended, but you wouldn't get the edits made by AIO to those NPCs in game. If you loaded AIO after my mod, you would see the AI edits in game, but the appearance of any NPCs touched by my mod wouldn't generate correctly.
I've included patches for
USSEP
AI Overhaul
Immersive Weapons Integration
Immersive weapons
Lawless
Cutting Room Floor
Nord Wars Race Armor
BUVARP
Diverse Werewolves
Environs - Hroggars House
Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia
JK's temple of Dibella
Jk's Jorrvaskr
Nethers Karliah
New Legion
Redbags Morthal
Redbags Falkreath
Dealing with Daedra
Plus some combo patches for the above mods.
Feel free to request other patches, but I would encourage people to spend some time in Xedit if they're remotely serious about modding. It will save you time in the long run. Making patches for NPCs is a great starting point as it's fairly straightforward. I may add a tutorial at some point.
Load Order For The Patches
The Patch files, and the plugins included are labelled alphabetically. Download any patches you need, and ensure they are in alphabetical order in your mod manager.
Load Order For Eternal, Patches, And Other Female NPC Overhauls
If you are adding other NPC overhauls, mine should be loaded before them as it touches so many NPCs. Your load order should look something like this.
Eternal
Patches for Eternal
Other NPC overhaul
Patches for that mod
Other NPC overhaul
Patches for that mod
