About this mod
This is a guide for making Nemesis and FNIS work together in Skyrim AE 1.6.1170. This method works for my setup, but may not work for everyone. Please leave problems/suggestions and I'll take a look at it.
This guide was made on June 30, 2024. I used MO2 in this guide, but it will work using other mod organizers with slight adjustments.

Let me preface everything with I AM NOT AN EXPERT, I'm a mod user who decided to try and help his fellow mod users.
The benefit of running FNIS and Nemesis together is there are some animations that are only compatible with FNIS, such as creature animations or, in my case, FNIS Sexy Move and poser packs. I personally use Nemesis for combat animations, which typically aren't compatible with FNIS. If you need support for creature animations, you need the creature pack from the FNIS mod page, check the requirements.
I am running around 40,000 animations and 474 mods (181 esps). If I can make them work, you absolutely can too so don't give up if this guide doesn't help you. I went through about 40 guides (no lie) and none of them worked, once I finally figured it out I decided to make this.
While this guide should work for any setup, large setups can get pretty cloudy in regard to file compatibility. The takeaway from what I do differently in this guide is I backup FNIS' mesh output before running Nemesis, then I place it back once finished with Nemesis. This has worked flawlessly for me and have never had any problems with stuttering or t-posing.
Finally, I'll be updating this guide on an as-needed basis. Let me know if it stops working all of a sudden.
