Adjustment patch to make Mihail's "Skeletal Revenants" a bit easier to handle

Mihail's Skeletal Revenants are a great addition to you your game. They have quite a few hefty bosses included, some starting at level 30 or 40.
The original mod is clearly meant to be challenging. But for some people they come across as too difficult, especially without playing with multiple companions.
So here is a patch to balance the levels of these creatures. I am not listing all of them, but to give you an idea of the changes, from original to "now":
- Bone Colossus: Between 44 and 60 > Now 2x the level of the player, starting at 20 and going up to 60
- Grave Lords: Would be somewhere between 25 and 50 > Now 1.5x the level of the player, between 15 and 45
- Bone Masters: Between 37 and 40 > Now 1.4x the level of the player, starting at 10 and going up to 35
- Shambles: Would level with the player but only between 10 and 30 > Now 1.2x the level of the player, between 1 and 30
- Ancient Skeletons: Would be somewhere between 8 and 37 > Now 1.2x the level of the player, between 1 and 40
- Skeletons: Would always be level 1 > Now always the level of the player up to level 30

- This patch can be added and revoved any time during gameplay. But don't remove Mihail's original mod
- Careful: Will conflict with any translation as the levels and names are stored in the same records. Last to load will overwrite the previous.
