NPC Clothes Changer and Maintainer is the best outfit management mod for npc , I use it since the day I started moding skyrim, but it haves a strange bug the makes you can only use the mod on npcs that have relationship level higher then rival with player. i have no idea why it does this since I cant see any relationship requirement in CK(now that I think of it is probably something left over with the original le mod), but today I opened the mod with ssedit by accident and I see something different, there's relationship condition on two perk effect, I deleted them and the mod now work on all npc now even if they are your archnemesis.
this mod also changes the armor slot of the ring to 59 so you don't have to equipt and unequipt your ring to change npcs outfit. the way I use the mod is to set the ring to a flavor slot so I can switch the "outfit changing mode" on and off with hotkey.
Installation:
Overwrite or replace the esp with this one.
