This is a simple patch to combine the overlook from JKs Skyrim and Greater Skaal Village into one overlook.

While trying to download every city/town overhaul I could find, I noticed that Skaal Village had a conflict with an overlook behind the Great Hall between JKs Skyrim and Greater Skaal Village. Looking through patches I could only find ones that completely eliminated one or the others overlook. So I attempted to combine the two into one overlook. Essentially I left JKs overlook mostly alone and pushed Greater Skaal Village's overlook back to reduce clipping while removing the fencing in place of the ones JK used.
One of my first patches so please report any issues you may find so I can try to fix them. Already cleaned in QAC.
COMPATIBILTY:
Should be compatible with everything and their respective patches. I have JKs Skyrim, Great Skaal Village, and Elianoras Skaal Village Overhaul loaded with no issue.
Probably incompatible with any other mod that edits the overlook area
