Add a follower which can turn into a dragon at low HP.

Recently, while roaming on the Internet, I've found this mod. I really like the character design but I'm not a fan of Elin race so, I've decided to create a non-anime-race version.
In the original mod, there was a dragon mesh which the author named it "Shadow dragon". I don't know what is going to with it but it would be a waste if it this stays there. So, I've given her a new ability (script) that she can turn into a dragon when her HP is less than 25% and you're at exterior arena or any place a dragon can fly. Don't worry there is no AoE explosion this time ;) However, don't stand too close to her, when she transform and take off, she may drag you along up to the sky. (When she transform and fly up, nearby npc can be dragged along too because of the collision or hit box stuff. This look quite hilarious and quite immersive so I'll keep it as a feature).
After the combat end, she will find a place to land and turn back to human form (give her some time, don't quick travel or change cell at this moment, a glitch/bug may occur).

Name: Mahaarvokun or MAV for short
Location: Solitude Temple of the Divines
Main weapon: 2-handed katana.
Sub weapon: 2 kunais or daggers (honesty, that weapon doesn't look like a kunai)
Shout: Fire breath.
Special Ability: Transform into a dragon at 25% HP when in large area.
