Some Darenii magic mods add trader NPCs with spell tomes/scrolls/staves. This functionality has been generally moved into a separate mod, but some mods still keep them.
This modpage contains file removing trader NPCs from Abyss, Arcane and Natura. As far as I'm aware, no other mods add any additional NPCs. Tell me if I missed anything.
Natura file has two versions - regular, removing all the added NPCs, and light, which keeps one NPC in Eldergleam Sanctuary. Pick one or the other.
Install with your mod manager of choice, load after masters.
