If you answered yes to the above, consider worshipping the Deadric Prince Hermeas Mora, moving to Apocrypha, and slowly turn into everyone's favorite magically gifted Eldritch Monstrosity, the Seeker!
Note on the Mod being temporarily down
Having 4 files of the mod was a lot. I was getting a lot of messages from people saying that it wasnt working, and constantly trying to find out what version people were using on top of trying to hammer down the issues with the mod was too much. Moving forward, I will only be using one file. Additionally, it was down because I didn't know how to clean a mod with Xedit, someone made some comments about errors and deleted files, I panicked and thought I was going to ruin everyone's Skyrim downloads. I know better now, and the mod is cleaner than ever. I kept the mod down for longer than needed so that I could also finish working on something nice for all of you that are sticking with it.
Speaking of the new stuff, the new update has a script that is, for reasons I do not understand, "touchy." It will not load properly for me unless I do it with an new save. The Book will still give you your seeker form and keep track of you dissections, but it will not give you your new perks.
Goals
As it stands, the seeker form is, as I envision it, an alternative to the Werewolf and Vampire Lord forms. Unlike the other two forms, this low mobility body allows you to, in addition to the spells unique to this form, cast any other spell that you know. In addition, this form will allow you to cast these spell better, because Mora has blessed your tentacled face with a mutable form and forbidden knowledge. With the new update, you will new ALSO be able to live out the fantasy of being totally alien to a world. You will have a book that you will carry with you and refer to often (as any good Seeker does, don't believe me? Try sneaking in your Seeker Form). This book will not only teach you the dark magic needed to become a Seeker, but it will also guide you deepen your connection to the Mundus and Apocrypha.
How to Obtain
To obtain this power, look in the cabinet in Septimus's Outpost. It is titled the "Grimoire of Flesh." Reading this book will give you your Seeker form. Your Seeker form comes with all the knickknacks that make a Seeker a Seeker. That is not the ways of Apocrypha, though. Everyone always wants more knowledge and power, and I know you do, too. You will find that your Seeker form has a new spell known as "Arcane Dissection." This spell will, when cast on a dead body, reduce it to ash. After doing this 50 times, and certain intervals thereafter, you will gain new perks, powers, and abilities that affect both your Seeker and Human form.
Seeker Form Abilities
Spells:
Knowledge Drain- 40 Health and Magicka Damage, 65 Magicka cost, Adept level destruction. Fires a green ball of fast moving energy, good for long range. Located in the Right Hand.
Seeker Drain- Absorb Health, Magicka, and Stamina for 10 seconds, 22 Magicka cost, Apprentice level destruction. Fires a green net of energy from your face. Moves slow, good for short range. Located in the Left Hand.
Power:
Seeker Invisibility- Seeker's cant sprint, but, with this power, you move so fast you may as well be teleporting. It makes you invisible for 15 seconds or until broken. For as long as you are invisible, you move very fast.
Additional Power: Revert Form
Passive: Seeker Mirror- Once a day, automatically spawn a seeker when you are below half health.
This form also has active effects that boost your armor rating, give you 25 lightening resist, and fortify effects for all schools of magic.
Misc Notes
The general play loop of this form is to use Seeker Invisibility to move into an optimal position and unload with your strongest spells. Afterward, or if your Seeker Mirror pops, use it again to either escape or move to the next fight.
Keep in mind that this form, like both Werewolf and Vampire Lord, will make any NPC's around you hostile.

Champion of Hermaeus Mora by tobakzz- Does by itself what a few mods on this list do, and also adds thematic spells to use in your new form.
Known Issues
This form doesn't have an animation for cancelling a spell. As a result, if you do cancel a spell, your hand will be stuck in the charge up animation, unable to cast a new spell. To fix this, you must equip a different (or un/reequip the same) spell. This will reset the animation and free you. Aside from that, it should be good to go.

This mod is, essentially, a highly modified version of SirCumference64's Playable Monsters Mod. Please check that mod out, it is located here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13108?tab=description
I also cannot thank GFallsMCFan for letting me use the Scryer of the Eye Ring. I cannot stress enough that this is my favorite ring I have found, and I am over the moon that I was able to use it in this mod. I may not be using the ring anymore, but that doesn't mean that I don't still love it.
Final Words
This is my first mod, so although I will try to fix any bugs reported, I highly doubt my own ability to help and you should, too!
