What this mod do?:
Add wind trail (by using lagbone controller function of nifskope) to yourself when you use shieldcharge,also enemy have wind trail after they being hit by shieldcharge while flying on air,they have blood spraying too until they fall on the ground.
Add collision annotation to shieldcharge animation so it's possible to generate visual effects when you hit enemy(because Precision mod can detect attack collision).I also add delete hitframe damage annotation to animation for balancing.

Now this mod use collision annotation for Precision mod,so Precision mod can add hitframe to animation and also add nice hit impulse effect to shield charge!!
