Changes Whiterun streets to use the stone roads from Northern Concept by JPDreamer.

This is a simple change to make Whiterun's streets use the same texture as the stone roads from Northern Concept. That way, the exterior roads and the spots by the drawbridges will match the interior streets.
Northern Roads and Northern Concept aren't TECHNICALLY required, but I would recommend using them in combination with this.
Just as in the original mod, this uses parallax.
