Adds bash damage buff. Bash damage and bleed damage increases with Block skill.

Description:
Targe of the Blooded has increased shield shield bash damage starting at Block level 25 and increases at level 50+. Bleed damage also increases with Block skill.
Shield bash increase stacks with Deadly Bash perk.

Shield bash damage x3 at Block level 25-49
Shield bash damage x5 at Block level 50 above
Bleed damage 3 points for 5 seconds (vanilla)
Bleed damage 6 points for 5 seconds at Block level 25-49
Bleed damage 9 points for 5 seconds at Block level 50 above
Compatibility:
Conflicts with any mod that modifies the record below. Whichever mod you load last will take effect in your game.
This mod only changes the default perk that is active when the shield is equipped.
In an effort to make this as compatible with as many mods as possible, this mod does not modify the shield itself so any mesh replacers, retextures, or stat increase mods will be compatible with this mod. This also means the default description of the shield remains.
