Adds a playable race based on Dante and Vergil from Devil May Cry, complete with all kinds of abilities.

Dante and Vergil are powerful half demonic beings.
The race is called Half-Devil and has some of the most powerful abilities imaginable.
Abilities:
Stagger Resistance: The race is generally immune to most stagger and knockdown.
Accelerated Growth: This race gains levels in skills at an absurd rate, based on how DMC half-demons can instantly master anything they try.
Clear Sky: A lesser power that can blow away clouds using the same effect as the Clear Skies Shout.
Nigh-Unkillable: The race has several abilities that reduce damage to basically nothing, as well as high health and rapid health regeneration. In addition it has perks which render most magic and physical damage moot, due to the ability the characters have to instinctively dodge attacks that should be physically impossible to avoid.
Demonic Strikes: A passive effect attached to all physical attacks which deals massive magic damage, based on the ability in the series to destroy souls and concepts with attacks.
Demonic Aura: A lesser power that activates a cloak spell which kills every enemy nearby, based on the auras that are described in the novels. Very overpowered.
