Not much to say. The original mod just copied and pasted vanilla dragons without any templates, and so dragons are made for vanilla, too easy to kill.
The mod uses templates, so should be compatible with mods which change Requiem's dragons out of the box.
Also, seems like dragon's fear aura works on NPCs unconditionally. Guards don't attack on sight, but citizens and even horses run in fear.
