About this mod

Modest and simple looking overhaul for most of named NPC in the game, 934 in total. SkyPatcher version is available, so it's compatible with anything.

ESLified, this mod won't count toward your plugin limit. 

Use your installed skin and body type, for better compability. 

Little to no make-up, almost everyone don't wear make-up (blush-on, lipstick, eyeliner), usually only the rich people use it. 

Looks their age, young people look young, daddies and mommies look mature, and elders look old. 

Hair selection, no more farmer with glamorous hair, the hair selection was done to better reflect NPC's characteristic. Female warriors, farmers, and miners mostly have short or tied hair, while mages and average townsfolk have longer and nicer ones. 

Female warrior have muscle, female warriors like Mjoll, Uthgerd, Housecarls, and others have muscular body. 

Family trait, NPCs that come from the same family tend to have a similar appearance, sometimes even have exactly the same hairstyle. 

No more Opposite Gender Animation, every female NPC affected by this mod have Opposite Gender Animation flag removed. 

SkyPatcher, this mod use SkyPatcher to overhaul the visual of the affected NPC, and only the visual, and it's not directly touching the NPC record at all, meaning it should be compatible with anything, except mods that do exactly the same thing. (new in version 2.0.0)

Install Instruction
Use a mod manager! This mod contains thousands of files, and already packed into FOMOD, installing manually is highly not recommended. 
AIO vs Modular, two installation version are available; All-in-one, install everything at once. Modular, separate the mod into 14 different parts, you can choose to install some. Since version 2.0.0, the installation is always modular.
New Game vs Mid-Game, this mod can be installed anytime, but I changed many of NPC's outfit, meaning if you install this mid-game, sometimes you will find those NPC are naked. This can be easily solved by ResetInventory command. If you install this mod in a new game, this shouldn't be a problem. 
How to deal with naked NPCs:
  • open console (~),
  • click on him/her,
  • type ResetInventory,
  • tap Enter.



Outfit Addons
This mod bundled with unique outfits for some NPC (mostly potential followers). The addon divided into four parts:
Main addon, default pre-built meshes are 3BA, so if you use different body type or you want to customize the shape, you have to download the outfit original mod, those mods are: 
Note: All the outfit above are unplayable for the player. If you want to wear them, then you have to download the original mod.
Cloaks of Skyrim, require Main addon and Cloak of Skyrim.
Immersive Armor addon, require Main addon and Immersive Armors.
Guards Armor Replacer addon, require Main addon and Guards Armor Replacer SSE.

If you have Face Discoloration Fix, then you will need Wash Yo Face or enable Replace Dirt to Beauty Marks in CBBE installation, otherwise many of the NPC's face will be covered in dirt. The use of Face Discoloration Fix is discouraged in SkyPatcher version, as it's probably will cause some unintended effects.

F.A.Q.
Is this compatible with Bijin and other NPC overhauls?
No, this mod will conflict with other NPC overhauls, so please arrange the load order properly!
The SkyPatcher version will overwrite the other overhaul in your modlist, please see the pinned post on how to manage it.

I got black face bug!
Again, please arrange the load order properly!, plenty of tutorial and explanation out there, so I won't explain it again here.
But if you are that desperate, then get Face Discoloration Fix. Won't happen in the SkyPatcher version.

I got neck seam!
Say no more, just install Save Unbaker.
