I was annoyed at how often Skyrim uses ALL CAPS so I made this mod to fix it. created for Untarnished UI with included patches for Constructible Object Custom Keyword System and Infinity UI.
currently only supports English; the next release will include the translation .txt files for other languages so that anyone can quickly make a translation patch.

- install using your mod manager and load after Untarnished UI

- created for Untarnished UI; your game will probably look weird if using with other UI mods and might even crash, I haven't tried
