Fixes clipping issues and removes extra light fixtures for cities.

I couldn't find a patch for these two anywhere, so I made one.
I did not see any issues in Windhelm when I looked for them, so there are no fixes for Windhelm in this patch. If you are aware of a conflict between these 2 mods in Windhelm, please let me know and I will update the patch. Also, if i missed a conflict in one of the other cities, let me know that as well.
This mod only fixes issues within the city walls, not outside them (stables, etc).
I didn't like the mis-matched lanterns in Riften, but I thought the ones that come with Dawn of Skyrim looked nicer, so those are the ones I kept.
Please report any issues and I will do what I can to help.
Normal installation through mod manager.
