Reimplementation of the sword Windshear, abandoned by the East Empire Company and forgotten by time itself I Unique Enemies and Items Reimplemented

The scimitar Windshear is often referred to as one of the most powerful in all of Skyrim, but it's only obtainable through the Dark Brotherhood Questline.
At the top left corner of Solstheim you'll find a small shack and ruined dock left to rot by the East Empire Company. This place is Northshore Landing and it holds a scimitar which you seek.

Questions;
Why make this? If you're playing a morally good character and aren't doing the DB Questline or if you forgot to grab it when doing Hail Sithis you won't be able to get Windshear.
Safe to install midgame? Yes, it is. It's never 100% safe to install any mod midgame but this is as close as you're gonna get.
Does this edit any vanilla assets/records? No, no assets are effected by this mod. If you have a Windshear replacer or Retexture this mod is 100% compatible with it.
Is it incompatible with X mod? I can't think of any mods that it would be incompatible with but if you see one please let me know.
ESPFE/ESL/Lite Plugin? It's an ESPFE so it won't take up a slot in your load order.
Misc;
Why does the title say "Unique Enemies and Items Reimplemented" ? I'm planning on going through and reimplementing various unique armors, weapons, enemies, etc. so that you can get them regardless of what morality your character is.
Will any of these mods disable the original? No they won't but if some people find that to be un-immersive, I'll be offering an LOTD Patch that makes all of the reimplemented weapons be Replicas.
Why reimplement objects? I play with LOTD and I generally give my characters morals and I don't want to stray from those, this offers a way for people to obtain the Relics without having to do the morally bad or good stuff you have to do to obtain them.
In simpler terms; I want to be able to fill up my museum while staying true to my character's backstory and ideals.
