1. Have ebony smithing perk.
2. Must complete the Darkness Returns Quest from thieves guild.
3. Craft at the forge.

Should not conflict with any mods, This is standalone.
Texture and Mesh replacers?
If you have a mod that changes the vanilla nightingale bow and blade it will also change these as well.
