WINDSTAD SOLITUDE FERRY
Owner of Windstad Congratulations, you own a beautiful mansion just steps from solitude yet to get there you have to cross a swamp and then swim in icy water! (The one who plays Chesco's mod Frostfall surely understands!) This mod is just a road and a ferry to reach the city without getting wet! Now a path is built from the property to the edge of the Karth River where you will find a black elf couple with a farm and a ferry that will make you cross dry.
A bit of history:
windstad Manor finished, the huscarl under the direction of the dovakin ordered the construction of a road to facilitate the supply of the house. The work was quite fast (a few months - the guild of the builders of Skyrim being very effective!) The workers having left behind them a poor boat for the crossing, yanibi and her husband talkin (2 builders) decided to remain under the Ark, they bought a second boat and built a farm on the south side and a dock east of loneliness.

the imperfections :
NPCs unfortunately have a fairly simple daily routine and no conversations.
There is no navmesh under the bridge.
To cross no interactions with the characters. (you have to open the Trap in the boat)
