This patch edits some magic effects from the original mod adjusting the conditions to not stop the time for followers and non hostile NPCs. This is to prevent a bug many users have which makes your followers or near NPCs screwed, crooked, with no eye direction and other bizzarre effects.

I don't know why that bug happens, but many times it happens if you use that power near NPCs. This mod fix that for non hostile NPCs, but the bug can still happens near hostile enemies, but at least you will kill them soon XD. This is the best i could do because if i disable the time stop on enemies, they won't take damage.
This mod only edit some magic effects from that mod, changing some conditions, nothing more. Load after the original mod.
