Transforms the lonely dock of Northshore Landing on Solstheim in to a small abandoned settlement.

This mod re-imagines Northshore Landing, previously a single ruined hut next to a dock, as a little abandoned hamlet. The design is meant to invoke the idea of a once burgeoning colony that has been ransacked and left to fall in to ruin.
Two new buildings are added as well as a variety of crafting stations, two useable beds, and a handful of useful treasures hidden around the
settlement. A pair of skaal hunters have set up camp nearby but are reticent to explore the ghost town.
This is a simple vanilla-only mod with no external assets. The .esp has been .esl flagged to save on load order slots.
Credit for the idea for this mod goes to elderrion who requested it on the SkyrimMods subreddit.
Regarding the Bethesda.net porting rules change:
I give permission for console users to port this mod, and any other mod I release, to Bethesda.net, under these conditions:

- the porter will not attempt to profit monetarily by asking for donations or Patreon patrons
- a link back to the original mod page is in the description
- the porter will independently maintain the mod with respect to updates and bug fixes for any issues with the port
- the porter posts clear contact information in the Bethesda.net mod description so Xbox users can report issues and get support
- the port will be removed at the request of the original mod author(s)
