Imperious changes, i.e., lowers or raises, the races' starting health for balance and variation. The former is of concern; if another effect or mod further lowers this health expecting the vanilla amount, it is possible for NPCs to spawn dead due to having negative health.

This mod, like its predecessors, requires a new game to take effect.
This mod implements a similar solution: all races' initial health as determined by Imperious has been increased by 10. This is accomplished, however, through SkyPatcher to be conflict-less and plugin-free.
