Another one, this time in Dawnstar. Again, it's a quite simple player home, with some essentials like cooking station and safe containers but nothing over the top like trophy displays.
Features
A cooking station.
A bookshelf with capacity to store and display up to 54 books.
Two beds, one for you and another for a follower.
A tanning rack.
Several safe containers.
A Shrine of Talos.
Location You will find the Breaking Dawn Cottage in Dawnstar, near Silus Vesuius's House. The door is locked and you will need a key to get in.
How to Get The key is inside a satchel in Nightcaller Temple, in the dorms. You will need to dissipate the miasma to get there.I usually don't kill Erandur, nor do I take him as a follower, so completing this quest would always give me little reward. I suppose a free player home is reward enough.
Additional details No navmesh edits but I did one landscape edit to remove grass, if you have another mod reverting this change you can expect a little bit of grass in the front door. The house is fully navmeshed but followers may have some problems with the stair (usually in waking down), I did my best to fix it but it's my second time doing navmesh, I still have much to learn. I intend to revisit this once I'm more experienced with navmesh.
