Farengar the court wizard for Jarl Balgruuf in Whiterun, he conducts studies that include dragons. He can be more than a little condescending and is focused on abstract thought and scientific curiosity. He lacks interpersonal communication or stagnant common sense, he is also unusal for a court wizard as he is younger then most and a nord.
I have tried to give him a look fitting for his character using high poly head and Apachii Sky Hair SSE, made with Loverboy skin (drop by and endorse) and is completely standalone and esl flagged.
