~ Introduction ~
Completely revamps the entrance to the Blue Palace - the entrance is now dignified, elevated, and centered (it now finally matches the interior cell entrance). No longer will entering the Blue Palace feel like using the servants side door like in vanilla. Entering the palace will now feel important. Immersion! :)
The Blue Palace courtyard now features a grand palace staircase, a tidy well-kept garden and green space. Everything in the garden layout is organized and well cared for, fitting for a regal palace.
~ Features ~
— Blue Palace entrance is now centered and elevated. Exterior matches interior finally.
— a grand palatial staircase up to entrance.
— symmetrical, organized, and well-kept courtyard.
— beautiful boxwood shrubs surround the grounds.
— garden boxes with Blue mountain flowers.
— hanging banners and a wolf head motif honoring the city of Solitude.
— two wishing well fountains.
— cozy nooks for reading and privacy.
— ESL Flagged.
— cleaned by SSEedit autoclean.
~ Compatibility ~
Mods that also alter the Blue Palace courtyard will most likely need a patch. The following patches are provided currently:
— JK’s Blue Palace patch
— JK’s Skyrim patch
— Drengin’s Blue Palace Terrace patch
- this one is getting reworked. Unavailable for now.
— Spaghetti’s Cities AIO patch
— Spaghetti’s Solitude patch
— Dawn of Skyrim patch
— Enhances Solitude SSE 2.71 patch
– Immersive Laundry patch
~ Requirement (if using older version of Skyrim) ~
— B.E.E.S. - This mod was created with the most up to date game version and creation kit. Therefore, if you’re on an older version of Skyrim, v1.6.4, you’ll need to use the mod B.E.E.S. to run this mod properly. Grab it here -

I sincerely apologize, because once you notice and realize how awkward and strange the vanilla entrance is - you can’t “unsee” it. Here’s two Reddit post that helped stir some inspiration -
