Lund's Hut is a small, yet well-appointed farmhouse situated on a hill just outside the little hamlet of Rorikstead. The house has been thoroughly cleaned on the inside and out, and the skeever infestation has been dealt with.
The house is small, but can comfortably accommodate the player and up to four followers (plenty of beds and seating space). It has an indoor bathing area, as well as a small pond nearby that are both ideal for bathing. There is plenty of labelled storage and has all the crafting stations (except for a staff enchanter), idle markers to keep your followers busy, and seating and sleeping space for everyone. There is a space on the kitchen table where you can place the water keg from iNeed or a similar item from another survival mod, if needed. This mod has no dependencies aside from Skyrim SE/AE.
The house comes with a fast-travel marker courtesy of the vanilla game, and the attached stable has a marker for your horse to teleport to. This is a great starter home for any- and everyone who enjoys playing Arthmoor's "Alternate Start" mod, as it gives you a place to call your own instead of paying for a room at the Frostfruit Inn.

Since I almost always play as a Nord and start the game in Rorikstead (Alternate Start - Live Another Life by Arthmoor), I repurposed Lund's Hut into my own personal starter home. There are no quests to acquire it, no special hoops to jump through. In my head-cannon I pretend that I am Lund's [adoptive] child and I inherit the house after his untimely demise. I love this little house; it has everything I need and more. I hope you love it too. ~DV~
