Plays a metal pipe falling sound at a random moment. Needless to say, it's loud. Enjoy this cheesy jumpscare! Originally created by me for FO4.

Plays a metal pipe falling sound at a random moment (but somewhat dependent on player actions). Once the sound plays it has a cooldown of 10 to 20 minutes. Basically, it's real time, not in-game time.
This is just my raw idea for a mod for October or April but I think you'll enjoy it to some extent. I didn't have time to make a horror mod.
This mod has little script and is triggered by some "Story Manager Event" built into the game engine (Skill Increase/Change Location/Add Item). Also, this mod should be compatible with anything.
Basically there are no settings you can change unless you use SSEEdit or CK, but the chance that the event is triggered can be changed with the console command "set SMPChanceGV to XX". Default is 10. (= 10% Chance.)
How does this work?
Spoiler:
Show
"Change Location/Skill Increase/Add Item(To Player)" events roll a dice and when it is triggered a metal pipe falling sound will play after 0 to 5 minutes. Once the sound plays it has a cooldown of 10 to 20 minutes. These are quest script properties and can be changed with SSEEdit or CK.

I swear the sound in the video is not edited, but I triggered it at this timing intentionally for fun. I want to state that the chances of this happening to you in gameplay are almost zero, sorry lol
