Dwemer scrap has wildly inconsistent weight to ingot ratios, with some items producing 1.5 times more than their weight in ingots while others produce less than half.
This mod overhauls both weights and recipes to achieve better ratios. None of the items produce more than their weight now, ratios vary from .4 to .83.
