This mod fixes two major issues with Mojin (A skooma dealer you're supposed to be able to save from Northwatch and recruit to your inn). A minor issue with 3 of 3dnpcs spells. A minor issue with one of 3dnpcs followers. A minor issue with one of its merchants. And a major issue with a mannequin. It also adds a new route to a vanilla quest.
Two quests from 3dnpcs require you to wear fine clothes for certain sections. I tweaked the conditions so the recognize expensive clothes from other mods (Such as Bruma). Should work with any mod. So as the fancy clothes from the mod in question are tagged correctly.

Veralene Ashwood existance is now tied to the destruction of Helgen. If you're using the vanilla start or an alternate start mod that still destroys Helgen right away. This will have no impact. However if you're using a mod like "Alternet Prespective." It will stop her from destroying your Immersion by talking about Helgen being destroyed before it is. As her whole character is about being ruined by the attack on Helgen.
Vahlokmir, S’vashni and Lleyara now wont be enabled until you've completed "Dragon Rising" as the quest really only makes sense after the dragons have returned. The rumor pointing you towards S’vashni also wont kick in until then.

Now everything in Ariele Basement is owned by the player (for real this time). Again you only gain acess to it after she and her wards try to kill you and the cabin is in the middle of nowhere. So it makes little sense for guards to enforce ownership of these items.
Added a fix to the sentient Mannequin's dialogue. Now he will no longer repeat his introduction long after you've recruited him.

Ariele Basement will no longer respawn. As everyone who lived in the cabin is dead by the time you can acess it there's no one to restock it.
Taking items from Ariele's basement is no longer considered stealing. Ariele tried to kill you. Her cabin is in the middle of knowwere and she's a vampire. Whose enforcing her property rights when she's dead?
Random item in Ariele's cabin are no longer owned by Sven and his mom. Yes that Sven from Riverwood. Ariele's cabin can now act as a player home once the quest is over (as its no longer owned by Sven lol)
Added an option patch for gutmaw's Interesting NPCs patch for Legacy. As it replaced the ebony sword in Ariele's basement with a unique named weapon. This mod overwrites that change without the patch. With the patch though it actually fixes a small bug with that mod. As this unique named weapon respawned for some reason. Now it doesn't :)

Fixes a minor issue with Riften's clothing merchant added by 3dnpcs. Previously if you had invested in Solitude's clothing merchant he would get more gold.

Current Fixes.
-Mojin has been added the appropriate faction to stop North Watch's guards from attacking him. Now he wont always be dead long before you meet him.

- Having high spell absorption will no longer prevent you casting the 3 new conjuration spells added by 3dnpcs.
- Alassea was supposed to have an additional conversation option if your character is a werewolf. But due to an incorrect dialogue condition it was impossible to trigger. This has been fixed. Now you can actually talk to her about being a Werewolf.
- 3dnpcs clothing merchant in Riften had a minor bug where he would get more gold if you have invested in Radiant Raiment. As this makes no sense I fixed it.

-Arele's basement will no longer respawn. Given that's she and her wards are dead by the time you can acess it. Sadly while this mod can be installed mid game. Both of Mojin's fixes wont kick in until you start a new game. As his facitons are baked into your save.
