The Bloodgore blades are greatswords of ancient quality and stained by blood. The blade and handle are designed to be simple in shape and handling while the hilt is adorned with unique runes that tell of conquest, violence, and domination. The alloy that composes the weapon gives it an overall blackened steel appearance while the blood that stains the blade is what gives it its distinct coloring that is then further enhanced by the blood blessing enchantment place onto them.
Lore Description -
In his madness, conquest, and pursuit of knowledge, Thimatreus would eventually create his magnum opus - the Bloodgore Blade. Using unknown ore hidden deeply within the planes of Oblivion and forbidden smithing techniques that were supposed to be lost along with the Dwemer, the Great Conqueror smelted and constructed an unnatural alloy capable of synergizing with ritualized blood. Through Thimatreus' dealings with multiple entities, each blade would adopt their own forms of blood enchantments.
A hint of Madness and Insanity would stain blades with the familiar crimson blood of red. These Bloodgore blades were capable of stealing the very life of their victims and proved quite effective against the living. Blades that were flawed and spurned were found stained with a venomous green blood of sorts. Bloodgore blades of this caliber were known for bringing their opponents to heel and feeding on the stamina and energy of opponents. Wielders of these disdained weapons were found to be much more durable than other warriors of similar capabilities. Though many other blades were stained by many more entities, those collections, along with most of the known Bloodgore blades have ceased to exist along with their famed creator.
Recently, there is a newly discovered third type of blade, however, the blood that stains its being is rotted, otherworldly, and unstable. This blood taints the blade's appearance with a highly volatile pink color expressive of untapped chaos. Many who wield this unknown Goreblade type are known for their nearly impossible but short-lived tales of unimaginable strength.
Weapon Location and Acquisition -
Three of the remaining Bloodgore blades can be found somewhere spread throughout Skyrim. One blade that was coated in red blood was rumored to have been found by vampires. Another blade coated in venomous green blood was located in a mine excavated by orcish bandits and outlaws. And for the final sighting, a blade coated in a volatile color was found deep in the depths of a Dwemer city to which a group of adventurers were headed seeking ancient knowledge.
*Locations are Broken Fang Cave (in one of the cages), Bilegulch Mine (Stuck right next to the Boss Chest), and Avanchnzel (At the end of the dungeon's final boss chest.)*

Weapon Evolved Stats (Bloodgore) -
When the user becomes capable of smithing dragon tier equipment and has the respective Bloodgore blade in their inventory, they can forge newer Bloodgore blades that are reminiscent of their past mythical and legendary status. These weapons will prove superior to their ancient counterparts with quality comparable to madness weapons and offer unique perks that also grant respective once - a - day powers. These weapons are unenchanted, however, they can be re-enchanted by disenchanting the older ancient Bloodgore blades and using one's own enchanting skills to create a comparable or even superior enchantment.
Do note that forging these upgraded versions will not be an easy task and will require the use of expensive ingredients and crafting materials.

Balancing -
These weapons should be balanced for vanilla plus and especially heavily modded playthroughs. The absorb health enchanted blade may be very strong in the beginning and early stages of the game if acquired, but they should be balanced out by the late game when enemies hit for more than 20+ damage.
Optional Dynamic Cubemaps Patch -
Replaces the cubemap with a Dynamic Cubemap that is compatible with Community Shader's Dynamic Cubemap.
Tools & Programs Used -
All my 3D weapons are modeled, sculpted, and textured from scratch by myself. This specific weapon and its design are original to me.
